1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Daisysim (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies we may publish. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered users, and API consumers.
2 Eligibility
To use Daisysim, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws in your country or region.
- Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are restricted or prohibited.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
3 Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features of Daisysim. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
- Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4 Our Services
Daisysim provides virtual telephone numbers that can receive SMS messages. Our primary use case is receiving one-time passcodes (OTPs) and verification codes from third-party platforms. Specifically, we offer:
- Virtual numbers from multiple countries for a wide range of online platforms and services.
- Real-time SMS code delivery to your account dashboard.
- A REST API for programmatic number purchases and code retrieval.
- Webhook integration to receive codes at your own endpoint.
- A loyalty tier discount system based on cumulative verified spend.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
5 Wallet & Deposits
Daisysim operates an internal wallet system. Funds deposited into your wallet are used to purchase virtual numbers on the Platform.
- Accepted payments: We currently accept USDT via the TRON (TRC20) network only. Sending funds via any other network (e.g. ERC20, BEP20) may result in permanent loss of funds for which we bear no responsibility.
- Processing time: Deposits are typically verified and credited within 15–30 minutes. Processing times may vary depending on blockchain confirmations and network congestion.
- Automatic deposits: Where an automated payment gateway is available, deposits are credited automatically after payment confirmation. A processing fee may apply and will be displayed before checkout.
- Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit amount may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
- Non-withdrawable balance: Wallet balances are non-withdrawable and non-transferable. They can only be used to purchase services within the Platform.
- Expired balances: Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may have their balances forfeited at our discretion, following advance notice.
6 Pricing & Refunds
Prices for virtual numbers are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated.
- Failed deliveries: If a code is not received within the expected window due to a fault on our end, you may request a refund or replacement number by contacting support within 24 hours.
- User error: Refunds are not provided for purchases made with incorrect service or country selections, or where the code was received successfully.
- Cancellations: Some number purchases allow a cancellation window (displayed at purchase). Cancelled numbers within this window will receive a full wallet credit.
- Loyalty discounts: Discounts are applied automatically based on your tier. Tier status is calculated from your cumulative verified spend and cannot be manually adjusted.
- Dispute resolution: All refund disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
7 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Daisysim only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree that your use of the Platform will be:
- Limited to receiving SMS verification codes for legitimate account registration or authentication.
- Compliant with the terms of service of any third-party platform for which you use our numbers.
- Not used to harm, harass, defraud, or impersonate any other person or entity.
- Not used for any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Daisysim:
- Creating fraudulent accounts on third-party platforms in bulk or for the purpose of spam, fraud, or abuse.
- Using the Platform to facilitate any form of identity fraud, financial fraud, or impersonation.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform.
- Automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting without our explicit written consent.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our services or API access without prior written authorisation.
- Sending unsolicited communications (spam) using numbers obtained through our Platform.
- Using the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
- Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or exploit any security measure or rate limit.
- Using the Platform for any activity related to terrorism, human trafficking, or other serious crimes.
9 API Access
Daisysim provides a REST API for programmatic access. By using the API, you additionally agree to:
- Keep your API key confidential and never expose it in public repositories or client-side code.
- Immediately revoke and regenerate your key if you suspect it has been compromised.
- Comply with any rate limits imposed on API usage. Excessive requests may result in temporary or permanent API access suspension.
- Not use the API to build competing products or services without our explicit written consent.
- Accept that API availability is provided on a best-effort basis and is subject to the same uptime limitations as the rest of the Platform.
10 Privacy & Data
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We store only the minimum data necessary to operate the Platform and provide our services.
- SMS codes and transaction records are associated with your account but are not shared externally.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, code, and software, is the exclusive property of Daisysim or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes outlined in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our content or platform without our express written permission.
12 Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
- We do not guarantee that virtual numbers will successfully receive codes from any specific third-party platform, as this depends on factors outside our control.
- We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or terms of service of any third-party platform.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Platform.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daisysim and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Any damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to your account.
- Losses resulting from funds sent to incorrect blockchain networks during the deposit process.
- Any actions taken by third-party platforms in response to numbers purchased through our service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any claim exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have:
- Violated any provision of these Terms.
- Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Provided false or misleading information during registration.
- Failed to make payment for services where applicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Wallet balances remaining at the time of termination for cause are non-refundable. You may appeal termination decisions by contacting support within 14 days.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary termination does not entitle you to a refund of any wallet balance.
15 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it may be submitted to binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Daisysim.
16 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.
- Provide at least 7 days' notice before material changes take effect, unless changes are required by law or to address security issues.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
